SunPoint Global operates SunPoint Global, SunPoint Beacon and Beacon Cloud.

Optional website analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics loads only if you allow optional analytics. It helps us understand visits to marketing pages and interest in our demo, plans and ordering. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences.

Analytics is excluded from signed-in Cloud pages and local Beacon dashboards. We do not send connection measurements, Wi-Fi details, device names, customer names, emails, setup codes or account identifiers to Google Analytics. Marketing page addresses are simplified and query parameters are removed before tracking.

Essential service information

Beacon Cloud uses necessary account sessions and processes the monitoring reports you authorize your devices to upload. Optional analytics consent does not enable or disable your Beacon monitoring or Cloud subscription.

Contact and feedback forms

When you send a message, we collect your name, email address, selected category and message so we can respond. Messages are delivered privately to our business inbox through AWS. Form submissions are scheduled for deletion from the delivery system after 30 days; correspondence may remain in our business mailbox as needed to handle your request. Short-lived form tokens and rate limits help prevent abuse. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
